• I just got one of these a month ago and love it. On the display, at the lower right-hand corner, kind of on the underside of the black frame, are adjustments for contrast, color intensity, brightness, etc. Feel along there, and you'll find 4 little raised-up buttons for adjusting different things. (The "On" button is the most right-hand button and has a little white light.) Try those 4 buttons - just press on them, and see if you can correct the problem. Also, go to settings for your computer, ask for Display, and see if there's any help there. I'm not an expert on this - just a senior citizen with enough experience to make me dangerous! Hope this helps.
