“Can the stand be removed?”

• Yes there is a tiny release button you have to use a small/thin screwdriver to press it to release the base from the monitor.

• Yes, it comes in the box with out the stand attached.

• Unless you have another reason to remove the stand, yes it can be removed, but otherwise you won't have anything to mount with because it is a propriety mount only for this monitor.
