“I just plugged in my monitor and on the right lower part of the screen it has "Please select language: and it has English checked...and I didn't check it. English is what I want but I cannot get it off of my screen. Arrow won't work on it.”

at first had the same problem, top showed dell monitor clicked on it worked. give time to pc to pick up info
