• No and no. It is a proprietary stand mount meaning the one that comes with this monitor can only be used with this monitor. VESA mounts are industry standard mounts which means that those monitors that are compatible cost more because the monitor makers pay a license fee to VESA (Video Electronics Standards Association) to use that standard.

• Its not VESA compatible but if you type "Dell 2319nc vesa adapter" on Google or Amazon and you'll get tons of results.
