• Not sure if this helps but I use it with my MacBook Pro (with retina), works great, and didn't have any issues connecting.

• It's working fine for my Mac running OS X Yosemite. If your Mac mini has HDMI output, it should work.

• Yes - I'm using my 2012 Mac mini to drive 2 of the monitors at once (one via HDMI, one via dispayport/HDMI adapter on the mini)
