A:AnswerAs long as you aren't attaching it to a tower across the room it seems long enough. My advice would be to place your monitor within arms distance away.
A:AnswerNo it does not. I have a MacBook Air (no HDMI ports) and was told that an adapter would help.. It did not! The air does not recognize the HDMI cable nor does the Dell recognize that the HDMI has been plugged in.
