“Can this monitor be lowered on the stand or is it one height?”

• It is not adjustable but I find it very comfortable how it is. Sitting straight, my eyes are level with near the top of the monitor, so I'm neither looking up nor down to see what is on the screen.

• Just one fixed hight. It can tilt a little but not much, and it cannot rotate. Also, this monitor does NOT have vesa, but you can buy a vesa adapter on amazon for $30.
