• Yes you can hook up to any monitor with a hdmi port. Also if you have an xbox one s or x you will be able to use freesync.

• Yes, just set your Xbox is a resolution to 1440 P, and change the Hertz to 120, and you’ll love it

• Yes, however it will only do variable refresh rate through the Display Port, so the FreeSync feature will not work on this monitor. To use FreeSync, your Xbox One must be connected to a display that supports FreeSync over HDMI.
