• You have to go into the obs (onboard settings) and enable free sync and change the refresh rate after that. Don’t forget to also change the frefresh rate on your computer as well.

• It also comes with intuitive Dell Display software and you can also change the refresh rate using your PC by simply right clicking anywhere on your desktop and selecting "display" which opens up all of the display settings such as resolution, refresh rate, HDR settings and so on.
