Yes, this monitor comes with an option on the menu called as Comfort View that decreases the level of blue light emitted from the screen to make viewing more comfortable for your eyes.

Yes it has a specific setting called "Comfort View" I'd say it's equivalent to putting your "night light" setting (in windows) to about 30-40% depending on your color and HDR settings. It definitely makes the screen much easier on the eyes! Hope that helps:)
