From the menu use the big button and push it over to the right and go to Game Enhance Mode. When on Game Enhance Mode you’ll see the menu options from there. I believe it’s Frame Rate, turn that off because that’s the option to make it 60hz. When that’s off it should go to 144hz. Usually when 60hz is on, it shows it on the top left hand corner, so when Frame Rate is turned off it’ll be gone.
