“Can I hang a logitech camera/mich on the top edge of the monitor. It appears the 1/2" or so, plastic balancing front edge of the logitech will be touching the screen. Will the continued pressure of the logitech damage the screen?”

It is not recommended to fix anything on the screen that would apply continued pressure to the screen. This might result in damage on the screen and will void the warranty of the monitor.
