“Is there a difference between this model (Dell U2419HX) and the HC? Why is there such a price jump to the U2419HC model. Trying to complete a dual monitor set up and want them to be identical. Currently have the U2419HC.”

There are no differences with both the monitors and you can use the monitor for a dual set up.
