The question section isn't really to ask if products are in stock, that's why you check the "store pickup" and specify which store you want. As far as what the "not included" means, it means the mount isn't included with the monitor. Like yes, you can use a mount that needs to be 100mm x 100mm but it doesn't actually come with the monitor, you purchase it separately.
