The Memory is integrated with Processor and is not upgradable. This configuration is shipped with 16GB LPDDR5x, 8533 MT/s Memory. It uses Intel Core Ultra 7 256V with 8 cores and running up to 4.8 GHZ of processor speed. The system is shipped with 512 GB PCIe SSD and can be upgraded to 1 TB.
