• Yes just bought this a week ago and it’s a 9380. The camera is at the top and works very nicely!

• YES I bought this on Aug 20, 2019... what arrived is the 2019 model 9380, with the webcam on top. Rose gold with white keyboard, and the specs are exactly as described.
