“Is it easy to install Windows 10 on this? Is it easy to the point where all I have to do is do it through the Settings or Control Panel menus? Also, if I did, would it mess with the keyboard buttons for volume etc and trackpad? TYIA”

The hardware configuration of this system meets the requirements to support Windows 10. However, Dell recommends Windows 11 for this system fir an optimized performance. According to your requirements, you could decide on your own.
