If you buy the laptop from best buy you can get an extended warranty for 3 years. However if you buy it from dell you can also buy an extended warranty from them I believe it was also three years with them. If I recall you can get help from their hotline but the warranty goes with who you buy it from so the answer is no . If you want the warranty to be from dell you will need to go to dell.com to buy it. I encourage you to go there as they have some extras you might like that you cannot get anywhere else. Though of course best buy will have a similar product.
