- Answer I don't think you can rest assured the trackpad issue is resolved. I just received my XPS 15 on 11/11/2020 and it has a defective trackpad.

- Answer Yes, but it’s a process. There are two ram and M.2 SSD slots that are upgradable, I got the base XPS 15” with a gtx card, and I got a 2tb ssd card that I upgraded, but you need a torx t5 screwdriver to remove the bottom panel to get to the these slots. I would recommend watching videos but it’s not an impossible task, just be careful cause it’s an expensive laptop!
