Is this the model that Dell refers to as 7590? null

This is the Dell XPS 9500 model.

No, this is the new Dell XPS-9500 not the 7950; you can see that the 7950 has a bezel at the bottom with the Dell logo while the 9500 has a near bezel-less display. So if your looking for the new 15 inch Dell XPS it has the model number of 9500!
