• Mine came with Windows 11 already. Pre-loaded and ready to go. No need to upgrade from Windows 10.

• Yes, I purchased this one with windows 10 and last time asked me to upgraded to windows 11. I did it yesterday, and I love windows 11. It looks nice and faster.
