Please reach out to the Best Buy support for assistance with the product deliery. The 16 GB RAM is configured as 2 x 8 GB, DDR4 modules in the two SODIMM slots. Hence, to upgrade the memory the current modules have to be replaced. Yes, another SSD could be added to this laptop;
