• The drive is inside the tower. You can store up to 1TB of data but you can add more if you want. I have a 1TB external drive plus a few other for seperate things. Dont like to keep everything on one machine.

• The 1tb HDD is an internal drive! You also have room to add an additional NVMe and 3.5 inch hard drive as well!

• It is the internal SATA hard drive. The system coms with one 512 Gb M.2 SSD and one 1 TB SATA hard drive.

• IT's inside the machine. There is a 512 ssd, and a 1tb hdd in the tower. The OS and important programs are on the ssd because it runs things much faster. You use the hdd for your pics, and videos, and general storage.
