Yes. Three total. 1 has already been occupied by the GTX 730 graphics card. The other two called slot 3 and slot 4. Slot 3 is an x4 lane. Slot 4 is an x16 lane. Note: the slot 4 lane is located toward the bottom of the case, so it's technically not wise to put any graphics card on there due to air circulation problem. Basically, a bad motherboard if you want to modify it heavily.
