• The Optane Memory unit is a 16GB unit and seems quite adequate for this unit. It really speed things up an makes the whole unit work a lot quicker.

• When I used the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST) application I saw 13GB for the Optane and 993GB for the HDD. The Optane memory card is separate hardware that is paired with the HDD, but you probably knew that.
