“Does it have Windows 10 pro or home edition? No offense but your spec sheet is rather vague about certian spec's. Like I can see its a 7th gen i7 but what is its build number was this processor built early in the gen or late ex. 7700 or 7800?”

Last year I purchased Dell 7700K desktop computer, which came with Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 processor, CPU @ 4.20 GHz, 16 GB RAM, with Windows 10 Pro. Can't determine build number for processor.
