“Does it vibrate the whole machine when it's pouring shots? I have the cheaper version of this and it's very loud and shakes the whole thing when pouring shots. It's to the point where you have to hold the shot glasses otherwise they fall off.”

It definitely does. Most 15 PSI pump espresso machines vibrate. I never had to hold the cups because of the vibration.
