“I cannot get any flavor out of the coffee side? Absolutely flat and I’ve tried 3 kinds in the month I’ve had it. I use the cone filter and even the Bold brew. I would return this but my last to return was Aug. 20th, I was trying to give it a chance.”

The most common reason for weak coffee in the De'Longhi All-in-One is the ratio of grounds to water. Because it uses a gold-tone cone filter, water can sometimes flow through too quickly if the basket isn't full enough. Try using one level tablespoon of coffee per 5 oz of water (the marks on the side of the carafe). If you are making a full 10-cup pot, you should be using about 10–12 tablespoons of coffee.
