Not knowing how you prepare your ingredients try this: freeze your frothing container while your water/steam warm up. Wait until fully heated for steam. I've experienced the best successes when there are the biggest difference in temperatures. Good luck!

Make sure you wait for the light to quit flashing. Timing is tricky the first few times, but now I love it.
