• Not knowing how you prepare your ingredients try this: freeze your frothing container while your water/steam warm up. Wait until fully heated for steam. I've experienced the best successes when there are the biggest difference in temperatures. Good luck!

• Make sure you wait for the light to quit flashing. Timing is tricky the first few times, but now I love it.
