Does it require or can it be hooked up to a water line? null

It is not designed to be hooked up to a waterline, but eBay sells very small water float valves for coffee makers that you could plumb yourself via a tee on your undersink filter if you felt like it.

Hi, unfortunately, this unit cannot be hooked up to a water line. Thank you.

Needs to be refilled like just like those coffee machines that uses K-cups/pods.

It has its own water reservoir that you fill when water level goes low. No need to hook it up to a water line & I don’t think you can.
