“Does this machine stop automatically or do I turn it off when I’m ready to be done”

• It will but I recommend adjusting the machine to pull longer that way you can weigh your pull and stop when its 2 to 2.5 times the weight of your beans. 18g of beans for a double and 9g for a single. 18g = 36-44g 9g = 18-22g
