• Hello Dotti, Here at Delonghi, we will accept returns of products in good condition within 30 days of your purchase date. Credit will be issued in the same form of payment used for the purchase. There will be no refunds given for returns made after 30 days from purchase. Please note that original shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable.In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or sent an incorrect or damaged item, here at Delonghi we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense.
