• A:Answer The listing is misleading. This like the new "Next" machine.. brews sizes by the bar codes of the pods. It can brew 1.35oz espresso.. 2.7oz double espresso, 5oz grand lungo, 8oz mug, and 12oz Alto sizes.. it's a great machine

• A:Answer It does. It comes welcome box. It has a variety of pods for you to sample. The Nespresso site has great descriptions of the flavors. You get free samples when you order pods from the site too.

• A:Answer The description is misinforming, the original pods will not work in this machine, only the Vertuo pods. If you are looking for a comparable espresso in the Vertuo pods, the double espresso Chiaro is fantastic!

• A:Answer it comes with a 1 year warranty. But good luck getting them to diagnose any problem you have with the machine. You have to ship it to them and pay the shipping cost. I'm on machine number 3 in 2 months . Their technical support does not exist. Ask for a supervisor and get put on hold or they hang up . All they want to do is sell you more coffee. Purchase the geek squad protection plan. At least you get your money back in gift card form and can re-purchase the same or a different brand.I have never had to work with such a terrible company or product . Good luck. .

• A:Answer Simple answer yes. I would highly recommend to reuse the official nespresso pods and remove the top aluminum cover after you use it once. Then you can buy in amazon the reusable tops and refill with your own coffee. Works really well.
