“How can I get a remote & Manuel if my box was missing them?”

• Call the company manufacturer and they should send I remote and a manual. They may request proof of purchase, so hopefully you have the receipt. I would call their customer service number and explain the situation.

• I would think that you can google delonghi heater remote and see who sells them. Our heater came with remote and manual in each one.
