THE CORD IS ABOUT 4 FEET. NO SEPARATE TEMP CONTROLS, ONLY ONE INSIDE FRIG AREA. NO DEFROST TRAY. MINE WAS DELIVERED BY FEDEX BUT I WATCHED FOR THE DELIVERY GUY & HE BROUGHT IT IN MY HOUSE, IT'S NOT VERY HEAVY.
