“What charger will work for a Dell Inspiron 3420 14. I have tried two universal chargers, both didn't work. I'm about to return this Laptop to Best Buy if I can't find a charger soon.”

Not all chargers work the same, that is why if you read the manual that its the watts that you can look at but its about testing to see whats best.
