Hello Edward. The first thing to check with your Denon remote are the batteries, aand see if they have been inserted correctly. From there I would look to see if the IR receiver on the Soundbar has been obscured by anything. If you are still experiencing this symptom, here is the phone number for our Customer Care Team.
