I had the Geek Squad set up my Denon Receiver. My system is a Comcast box connected (HDMI) first into my LG television and last in line (another HDMI cable) is the receiver. I have not experienced the video problem described above.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you have one handy, my only suggestion would be to try a different HDMI cable in case it is the cause of the problem. If it still happens something could be wrong with the AMP. I would call support since the equipment is all new.
