Hello. While the AVR-S570BT offers some newer technologies on it's list of features, it is not the current version of the AVR-1082. The current version of the AVR-1082 is the AVR-X3800H, which would be our recommendation if you are looking for the same level of speaker-driving authority as the AVR-1082, as both models have very similar power amplification capabilities.
