The receiver has a configuration option to output sound to the TV instead of speakers but spending this much money is overkill unless you plan on adding speakers later. Assuming some of your equipment is non-hdmi you could buy a couple of video converters to connect a device to the TV and use the TV to switch between hdmi ports. https://www.amazon.com/Converter-ABLEWE-Composite-Supporting-Blue-Ray/dp/B07RX69KR8/ref=psdc_280341_t1_B071NJMWLR https://www.amazon.com/Port-Converter-Adapter-Composite-Support/dp/B082M9NKGD/ref=psdc_280341_t2_B071NJMWLR If you don't have enough inputs on your TV you could go with a video converter/switch. https://www.amazon.com/Multi-Input-Analog-Video-Converter-Player/dp/B071NJMWLR
