• Yes you can. I have a bluetooth turntable that also has RCA plugs and I use these plugs in place of BTooth. I think direct plug has a bit of sound improvement over Bluetooth but a discerning ear is needed to tell the difference

• You don't need to use Bluetooth for this receiver. Bluetooth is just a source and it has several wired inputs to use instead You can turn off the Bluetooth transmitter.
