Yes. The AVR-S660H has HEOS streaming included, which through the free HEOS app includes support for Pandora®, SiriusXM, and Spotify® (subscription required for some services).

So it technically is. However you'll have to download the heos app on your moblie, link xm, and then you can listen to xm on this receiver. This was my personal experience
