“I have two Infinity R12, one connected to "Pre out 1", another connected to "pre out 2", but I only hear sound coming out first subwoofer, nothing from 2nd sub woofer, what could be the problem?”

Hello, recommend performing the Audyssey setup. During set-up, the receiver will ask to select the speaker layout. Here you will want to select 2 subwoofers.
