“My Denon receiver is connected to my LG TV using the denon HDMI out to the LG HDMI in (ARC). I have no DVD player, cable box or any other electronic devices connected to my TV or receiver other than my 6 speakers. Only my floor speakers work. Need help.”

Make sure the TV's audio out is not set to PCM. If it's set to Dolby or Bitstream, then you should be getting the native track. If you need to up-mix the track to accommodate for an Atmos application, you can use the AVR's Dolby Surround simulation using the MOVIE button on the remote.
