The Denon AVR-S750H receiver can display video from a different source on the TV screen during audio playback from the either the Tuner, HEOS Music (which supports many streaming options including audio files on a hard drive or flash drive on a networked computer) or Phono audio modes, but not the Bluetooth audio mode. My recommendation to listen to stored music files while gaming would be to place your files on a computer that is on the same network as the Denon Receiver and use HEOS Music to play them back. You can rip files from CD's to the hard drive or to a flash drive to contain your music and then play them back through the receiver. A further recommendation is to rip the files using the FLAC format for much better audio quality than mp3 or Bluetooth can provide. They take more space, but your ears will like the audio quality.
