This unit does not support the aptX LL (low latency) codec onboard, so one solution is to invest in headphones that do.

Thanks Mussaboo but that's not the issue. Only the Bluetooth output is delayed - so I can't even listen Bluetooth only because the lip-sync is way off.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.One or the other will have a delay in it. The only way I know how to fix that is to use the offset feature. I am not to sure if this receiver has it but I know TV's do. This is common when you combine both together whether you are using bluetooth, speakers, or tv. I either just use one or the other. I have the same issue with my TV and the receiver. I just mute my tv and let it play through the surround sound. But if you have the offset feature on any of your devices you can use that to set the timing from my understanding.
