If your TV has an HDMI port labeled ARC or eARC(enhanced ARC), then use that one to connect it to your AV receiver. If it does not have either of these, then any other HDMI port will work for a non-ARC (or non-eARC) HDMI port on the receiver.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.ARC stands for Audio Return Channel and is meant to connect your TV's audio to a sound bar or AVR so you don't have to suffer from poor TV speakers. You need to connect the ARC out to the TV audio input on your soundbar/receiver. I recommend doing a web search for ARC and finding out for yourself what it is and the pros and cons of it

If you have a 4K Tv use the 4K hdmi output of you don’t you can use either one of them
