“The spec sheet states this has 4 HDMI 2.1 inputs. According to the back end picture, it only has 1. The other 5 are HDMI 2.0b, which would NOT support VRR, 4k120 for gaming. Is the best buy spec sheet incorrect? Or the picture?”

You are correct. I added a hdmi 2 in 1 out mini switch and mounted it to the back of my setup. Its a little bit of a pain to use another device to switch from xbox series x to ps5, however the Denon Auto recognizes and displays xbox/ ps5 correctly on display after switching. The One HDMI 2.1 port is labeled 8k on the back of the Denon and on remote. I can confirm VRR and 4K120 are both working with a LG C1 TV.
