Hello Cort. The AVR-S970H has a Bluetooth transmitter, but it isn't able to send an audio feed to your TV while outputting an audio signal to your Bluetooth hear aids and to the Main Zone speakers, Here is a link to what can be done while using Bluetooth heapdhones: https://manuals.denon.com/AVRS970H/NA/EN/DRDZSYnoukoszf.php
