Q: QuestionWill the receiver mute its speaker outputs so I can listen only with headphones? My older AVR-3802 has a headphone jack, too, but there isn't a way of turning off the speakers without using my now non-existent remote.

• A:Answer Hello, if using Bluetooth headphones, there's an option in the GUI/On Screen Display that allows you to choose between the BT headphones only or both the BT headphones and speakers. Plugging anything into the headphone jack will disable the amp/speakers.

Q: QuestionAre there graphic equalizers, etc for each speaker so they can each be fine tuned? And can this be done on screne?

• A:Answer Thanks Denon Team. Just so I am clear, by "adjusts all channels collectively" you mean all are changed in the same way. So you can't adjust increase the center channel highs without it having the same affect on the other speakers. Right? Again, thanks for your guidance.

Q: QuestionI have a 25 year old Denon AVR-95 Receiver. Problem: Surround Sound stoped working.. Replaced. Surround sound cable from receiver to Denon DVD Player. No luck, can this problem be repaired. Thought about buying Denon AVR 2800 H receiver.

• A:Answer Maybe your sound mode was accidentally changed. On our Pioneer elite the different source settings were all on the left knob i.e. bluray, CD, DVD etc. But on the new Denon 2800 some of the settings are on the remote. We did not realize it and could not get the Surround sound to work on this new unit. We asked several people at Bestbuy including Magnolia dept and no-one could give us a correct solution. After searching forums online I realized the setting is on the REMOTE and the correct sound mode is "MOVIE" on the remote. Hope this helps. So far we like the Denon 2800
